After intense and comprehensive at our Smile Ha cleaning, you will have acquired good oral hygiene. It is equally important to maintain it. Different studies have shown that using waterpik or flossing as an adjunct therapy to brushing is potentially more effective in reducing gingival inflammation than only Brushing (Worthington et al 2020, Liang et al 2020). Therefore, we encourage our patients to utilize different interdental brushing techniques. Waterjets have shown to be more effective than others (Liang et al 2020). Don’t worry about how to use different dental cleaning products. We will provide instructions on how to use them. You might not be successful in the beginning, but we will teach you and clean your teeth until you achieve a clean and beautiful smile at all times.
